Head of the Russian Federal Migration Agency Constantine Romodanovsky said today that the visa system was no longer topical for CIS states and noted that invitation forms may be introduced instead, Interfax reports.
The Russian parliament and the Federal Migration Agency have started development of the Migration Code to systemize related documents.
