Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medevedev says the current budget is rather complicated and even prepared for crisis. The head of the cabinet said so today at the meeting devoted to social and economic development of rural areas.
Prime Minister Medvedev said so when asked about possible additional financial aid to Russian regions.
On the same day Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov said that the state's income may be lower than expected.
