The Russian Federal Bailiff Service believes that blasts that killed four and injured 40 people (including 16 bailiffs) at its directorate in Makhachkala in Dagestan on May 20, 2013, was planned against bailiffs’ efforts to prevent corruption, ITAR-TASS reports.
The directorate has been taking harsh measures to enforce fulfillment of courts’ decisions.
