The Armenian parliament has passed the work program for 2013-2017. The program received 76 votes of legislators of the republican Party and Orinats Yerkir and 41 votes against, ARKA reports.
The program focuses on security, opening of workplaces with fair wages, freedom, human capital and institutional development.
The previous program resulted in doubling of minimal wage, reduction of poverty by 8-10%, opening of 100,000 workplaces, increase of pensions and tax share in the GDP.
The government of Armenia was formed on May 8, after the presidential elections of February 18. The program for 2013-2017 was presented on May 20.
