Georgian Foreign Minister Maya Panjikidze said at the governmental session today, commenting on the barbed wire in South Ossetia, that Georgia could only influence Russia using foreign partners.
The problem was discussed in Strasburg and Brussels with ministers of the EU.
Panjikidze emphasized that the need of Moscow to take western opinion into account and expressed hope that Russia would fulfill agreements signed on August 12, 2008, and withdraw from Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
