A new scheme will be applied to rehabilitate South Ossetia, deputy chairman of the Russian Government Igor Shuvalov claimed today, reports ITAR-TASS. It was decided to change the financial structure, due to the strengthening of the republic's administration. An intergovernmental commission will be created to control the rehabilitation process. A new programme for South Ossetia's economic development is to start on the 1st of January. South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity agreed that several institutions impeding the republic's effective development should be modified.
