Alexey Zhukov, the head of the Russian Olympic Committee, has declared that the Olympic games in Sochi 2014 are going to be the most hi-tech games in the history of sport.
"We want to make the Sochi Olympics the most hi-tech Olympics ever. We want to surprise the world and I hope we'll manage to do that," said Mr Zhukov at the International Sports Forum 'Russia - sporting power', held in Moscow from 29th July to 1st August 2010 and aimed at promoting Olympic ideals.
