Alexey Pushkov, the chairman of the Russian State Duma's commission for foreign affairs, today became an honorary doctor at the Azerbaijani University of Languages. He was honoured for promoting bilateral ties.
The head of the university, Professor Samed Seidov, stressed that Russia has always supported Azerbaijan in international affairs.
