Iranian Ambassador to Russia Mahmoud Reza Sajadi said that the lawsuit of Tehran against Moscow will be called off if the S-300 missile systems will be sent, Interfax reports.
Russia said that resolution 1929 of the UNSC does not allow the systems to be sent. Rostech head Sergey Chemezov admitted in late May that Russia had minimal chances to win the case. Iran filed the law suit to the International Court of Arbitration in Geneva and demands a compensation worth $4 billion.
