Tair Salakhov has received the Russian State Premium for figurative arts, Karen Shakhnazarov for cinematography and development of Mosfilm, Sergey Miroshnichenko for documentary films, RIA Novosti reports.
About 20 candidates were promoted for the premium. 11 candidates were left after the presidium of the council, Mikhail Piotrovsky said.
Anatoly Derevyanko, a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, received a premium for ancient history studies.
Gleb Dobrovolsky, Dmitry Pavlov, director of the Institute for Ecology and Evolution of Severtsov of the RAS, and Andrey Andrianov, deputy head of the Far East section of the RAS and director of the Institute for Sea Biology, were laureates of the premium.
Georgy Karzov, deputy head of the Prometey Central Science Institute for Construction materials, Yaroslav Shtrombakh, deputy head of the Kurchatov Institute, Alexey Dumb, director general of the Central Science Institute for Engineering Technology, received premiums for materials for nuclear reactors.
Sergey Nikulin, director general of the Science Center of Automatics and Instrumentation of Pilyugin and head of the Moscow Institute of Thermal Technique, and Victor Shurygin, head of the Titan construction bureau, received premiums for the Yars missiles.
