Georgia says great progress made in relations with Russia

Georgian Foreign Minister Maya Pandzhikidze says great progress has been made in the country's relations with Russia.

The Georgian official said at a press conference today that the countries are close to an agreement that will ease the visa regime between the two states.

The Georgian cabinet is also working together with their Russian colleagues on other issues concerning bilateral ties, Pandzhikidze says.
