Russian President Vladimir Putin told the Russia Today TV channel that the Russian cabinet is ready to restore ties with Georgia and is interested in bilateral cooperation with the Caucasian nation, Ekho Moskvy reports on Tuesday.
The Russian president also said that the Russian-Georgian conflict over the breakaway republics of Abkhazia and South Ossetia can be settled if the interests of all parties are met.
