Murtuzali Rabadanov has replaced Bagand Magomedov as the acting Makhachkala Mayor, RIA Dagestan reports.
Rabadanov was the President of the DSU, making it the top university of the NCFD.
Makhachkala Mayor Sayid Amirov is under arrest as a suspect who organized murder of Arsen Gajibekov, chief investigator of the Sovetsky District of Makhachkala.
