Special centers will start extraditing illegal migrants from Russia on January 1, 2014. Dmitry Vyatkin, deputy head of the parliamentary committee for law and state construction, said that the centers will be formed in regions to deport apatrides and foreigners violating the migration law, RIA Novosti reports.
Additional conditions will be implemented for foreigners planning to work in the country, such as knowledge of the Russian language, Vyatkin added.
