The opening ceremony of a new accommodation complex for Russian servicemen in Tskhinvali was open on Monday, Interfax says.
Four dormitories for officers’ families and two for soldiers were formally opened. 36 officers’ families got new fully furnished apartments. The residential complex has its own cultural center and hospital.
