Russian President Vladimir Putin today congratulated Hassan Rouhani on his victory in the Iranian presidential elections and stressed that the Kremlin is ready to enhance ties with the Islamic Republic.
Putin wrote in his official message that he was certain that Rouhani would contribute much to Iran's prosperity and the development of the country's relations with Russia.
