Putin arrives in London for Syria talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in London in order to discuss the Syrian crisis with British Prime Minister David Cameron.

The meeting is being held in the midst of reports concerning use of chemical weapons in Syria and a US decision to start arms deliveries to Syrian rebels.

The Russian president and the British prime minister are also going to discuss bilateral ties.
