IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano said that numerous limitations set for experts of the agency make study of the Iranian nuclear program and its military aspects impossible, ITAR-TASS reports.
Iran insists that international experts should have a clear list of actions and measures in a document. Iran and the IAEA have disagreements about the nuclear profile of Iran. The IAEA wants members of the agency to decide whether to close the profile or not, Iran wants the secretariat to do it.
