Russian FM calls for dialogue between Syrian government and rebels

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov calls for dialogue between the Syrian government and the rebels. 

The Russian official also believes that blaming only President Assad for ongoing violence leads to an escalation of the conflict and prevents a possible peace agreement. 

Lavrov also called for an international conference on Syria, in which such countries as Iran, Iraq and Jordan as well as countries that are permanent members of the UN Security Council should take part.
