Retired Colonel Isa Nazar oglu Sadykhov, former commander of the N subdivision, has been put on the international wanted list for the so-called Ganja Events initiated by Suret Guseynov, Vesti.az reports.
A criminal case against Sadykhov was initiated for abuse of office. Sadykhov has been living in Norway since 2001 and has recently visited Turkey. Media reported that he was planning to visit Azerbaijan and join the National Council opposition organization.
Sadykhov was the Azerbaijani Deputy Defense Minister for military operations in 1992.
