Protests continue all night long in Turkish province of Eskişehir

Some 5000 protesters held all-night action that ended with a police intervention with gas bombs and water cannons in Turkey's Central Anatolian province of Eskişehir,

Hürriyet Daily News cites Doğan News Agency as saying.

The action was held in front of a mall in the city of Eskibağlar and left three protesters, a journalist and a police officer injured.

The crowd chanted logans like “everywhere Taksim, everywhere resistance” and “government resign.”

The police managed to disperse the crowd, but a group of 500 people stayed in the mall and blocked the way in front of it.
