Two deputy mayors of Makhachkala fired

Two deputy mayors have been fired in the Dagestani capital of Makhachkala. The move followed the recent arrest of the city's mayor Said Amirov, who is accused of murdering a police officer.

Olga Potnyagina and Bagand Magomedov have been fired unexpectedly, RIA Novosti cites a source in the City Hall as saying.
