Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has pardoned Orkhan Aksa, as proposed by Georgian Patriarch Ilia II.
The businessman spent 6 out of 12 years of prison. His lawyer Irma Chkadua said that the man had been tortured and humiliated. She reminded that Chkadua’s company had built the Gldani Prison N8, Justice House, the new Interior Ministry, refugee camp and many other constructions.
