Russian and Cypriot Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Ioannis Kasoulidis met at the Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum and agreed to sign an agreement on leasing the Paphos airbase, Interfax reports.
The Russian military will be fueled at the Limasol Port.
The document will be signed during the visit of Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades to Moscow.
