The Russian Foreign Ministry said that the statements made by the Friends of Syria Group in Doha were contradicting the efforts for political settlement of the conflict, RIA Novosti reports.
The meeting in Doha was organized on June 21. It was attended by 11 states, including the US, UK and France.
