PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon proposed Azerbaijan and Armenia to have a meeting and discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. He reminded that a special PACE commission for Nagorno-Karabakh was contributing to negotiations basing on the Madrid Principles of the OSCE Minsk Group, Vzglyad reports.
Head of the Russian delegation Alexey Pushkov said that the PACE Bureau decided to exclude the situation in Georgia and the Turkish protests and the crackdown of multi-million protests against homosexual marriages from the agenda.
