Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov has appointed ex-head of his administration Askhap Goygov as the new Minister for Property, RIA Novosti reports.
Yevkurov noted that one of the main problem of the ministry was fraud attempts by half of its staff. He ordered the new minister to study the staff and make reshuffles.
