The president of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow celebrates his 56th birthday today.
Vladimir Putin has congratulated the Turkmen leader, the Kremlin press service announced.
In a telegram the Russian leader emphasized the great attention paid by Berdimuhamedov to the development of friendly and partnership relations between Russia and Turkmenistan.
Putin also expressed his intention to continue bilateral constructive dialogue and fruitful collaboration to develop Russian-Turkmen relations, ITAR-TASS reported.
