The city court of Georgia's Poti has decided to confiscate a Ukrainian vessel that illegally entered the territorial waters of Abkhazia. the Akkord ship was seized on June 29, 2010, RIA Novosti said, citing a spokesman for the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. the ship was crewed by 11 Ukranians and one Russian.
