Mubariz Gurbanly, an MP and deputy executive secretary of Yeni Azerbaijan, said that Rustam Ibragimbekov of the National Council of Democratic Forces had no problems returning to Baku, ObyektivTV reports.
The official said that Ibragimbekov was not a challenge for Ilham Aliyev of Yeni Azerbaijan.
Gurbanly said that Aliyev was bidding for the third term of presidency according to the Constitution and was not involved in any business. The only business that may have indirect relations is his family’s.
