Magomed Bilalov, ex-head of the Northern Caucasus Resorts and Vice President of the Olympic Committee, may soon be charged with credit frauds worth 45.5 million rubles, Izvestia reports.
Magomed Bilalov left the country and moved abroad as soon as a case on abuse of authority was filed against his brother Ahmed Bilalov.
