Russian president Vladimir Putin called Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev today and congratulated him on his 73rd birthday, the Kremlin's press service reports.
"Vladimir Putin has warmly congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev on his birthday and wished the Kazakh leader good health and success," the statement is quoted as saying by Gazeta.ru.
