Kyrgyz Prime Minister Zhantoro Satybaldiyev said today that coalition forces will leave the Manas airbase in July 2014. The facility has reduced the number of military flights by 30% and increased civil flights by 20%. The government is working on construction of a hub, Trend reports.
The PM added that the government was negotiating hub construction with Russia, Turkey and other countries.
