Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Davutoglu believes that the Council of Top Level Co-operation with Russia, founded during the May visit of President Dmitry Medvedev to Ankara, will become the basis for effective partnership between two countries.
"Now Russian-Turkish relations are well-developed and I believe that the Council of High-Level Co-operation will help us to establish a long-term strategic partnership", he said, RIA Novosti reports.
