A high-ranking official in the Kremlin said that the bill forbidding burial of terrorists by their relatives will not be scrapped, Interfax reports.
In June, the European Court of Human Rights considered complaints of relatives of Aslan Maskhadov, a Chechen militant killed in an operation.
