An unidentified attacker threw an explosive device at the presidential convoy when Ahmadinejad was on his way to the city of Hamedan to give a speech.
A hand grenade was thrown at Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's convoy on Wednesday, ITAR-TASS reports. Ahmadinejad survived the attack, which happened as he was on his way to give a speech at a football stadium in the city of Hamedan.
The leader was not harmed, The Huffington Post reports.
