Chechen leader surprised by presidential council's suggestion to return bodies of killed terrorists to their families

The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kaadyrov, says he is surprised by the suggestion made recently by the Presidential Council for Human Rights. Members of the council suggested that bodies of killed terrorists should be returned to their families.

The Chechen leader says he cannot imagine memorials for dead terrorists and people visiting their graves.
