Foreign graduates in Russia may get citizenship more easily

Foreigners graduating in Russia may obtain Russian citizenship through an easier scheme, ITAR-TASS cites Yelena Radochina, deputy head of the Russian Federal Migration Service.

She noted that the government commission for migration had approved the idea.

The Federation Council approved the bill on encouragement of education in Russia for foreigners. The bill will make the education process easier for them.
