Georgian PM and minister of defense won't meet with EU lawmakers

Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili and Minister of Defense Irakly Alasania will not meet  with the delegation of the European parliament, the country's President Mikheil Saakashvili says.

The decision was made after members of the delegation met with imprisoned former prime minister Vano Merabishvili.

President Saakashvili says he is disappointed that the meeting will not take place.
