Belarus denies selling S-300 missile complex to Iran

The official spokesman of the state military-industry committee of Belarus, Vladimir Lavreniuk, denied information that Minsk sold any S-300 missile complexes to Iran, RIA Novosti reports.


Lavreniuk said that they had held no negotiations with Iran about the S-300 or its components. He noted that Belarus follows international law.


On Wednesday the Iranian media reported that Iran has four S-300 complexes. According to Fars, two of them were provided by Belarus.
