The Russian Ministry of Labour has drafted a bill that will force migrants to buy healthcare insurance. The bill is not set to be examined at the Ministry of Justice. If it is approved by the lawmakers, the bill will guarantee that foreign workers will be provided with proper medical assistance, RIA Novosti cites the Ministry of Labour as saying in a statement.
