Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed approval of the agreement on parallel operation of Azerbaijani and Russian energy systems, signed in Volgograd on June 6, 2013, Trend reports.
He signed approval of the agreement on trade-economic, scientific and cultural cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Volgograd Region, a plan for military cooperation between the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry and the US European Command for 2013 (signed in Baku on April 25, 2013, and Stuttgart on June 7, 2013), and a memorandum of understanding on joint drills and support by the Azerbaijani and Turkish governments (signed in Baku on July 4, 2013, and Ankara on July 6, 2013).
