Russia won't extradite Snowden

Russia will not extradite former CIA employee Edward Snowden, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the Russian President, says. He also stressed that President Putin has not interfered in the process.

Edward Snowden has recently filed an official request to grant him political asylum in Russia. His case is now being examined by the Federal Migration Service.
