Azerbaijani Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov says the country's budget is aimed at social and economic development. The minister also says the government will encourage entrepreneurship and investment.
"In 2014 we will continue to spend considerable fund on social projects, including those concerning refugees, defense and energy sphere," the minister said.
