Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that there was no assassination attempt on him in Khamadan.
The president said that someone threw a firecracker near the car cortege. Ahmadinejad emphasized that the person who did it was just expressing ‘joy and excitement’.
But the enemies of Iran reported that Ahmadinejad was taken to a secret location after the incident, Interfax cites Iranian president, referring to the local media.
