Today, some opposition Azerbaijani media reported that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived on an unofficial visit to Moscow, where he met with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
All of them referred to informed sources of the Turan agency. The Azerbaijani Presidential Administration has just denied this news, emphasizing that it is not true.
"The Turan news agency has always been known for its desire to replicate controversial, untested and potentially misleading information in the national information space, which is one of the hallmarks of the "yellow press", but this case is an indication of a different motive. Publications of this agency often try to mislead the reader, breaking the canons of journalism and deliberately violating the principles of fair political struggle," Trend quotes the words of their source in the presidential administration.
