Moldova is not going to join the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, the post-Soviet republic's Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Natalya German says on Friday.
This is impossible due to Moldova's obligations as a member of the World Trade Organization, she explains.
