James Warlick replaced Robert Bradtke as the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, US Secretary of State John Kerry said.
Warlick will start work at the organization in September. He was the US deputy presidential envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan, chief negotiator for Afghanistan and US Ambasador to Bulgaria.
Bradtke resigned in December 2012 and was temporarily replaced by Ian Kelly.
