Over 50 young Russian officers, including 4 female officers, of the Military Academy of the Anti-Air Forces of Smolensk and the Institute for Military Education of the Siberian Federal University in Krasnoyarsk have at the Russian military base in Abkhazia, ITAR-TASS reports.
About 20 more young officers will arrive at the base before late August.
