Five hectares have been allotted for the building of an Islamic Centre in Nalchik, including a mosque to hold 5 000 worshippers, a North Caucasus Islamic University with a dormitory and a sports complex, and an administration building for the spiritual governance of Muslims, the mufti of Kabardino-Balkaria, Anas Pshikhachev, said on Friday reports ITAR-TASS. The centre will be opened in December.
